I had hopes of being at your 2007 "Burgoo" however time restraints prevented this from occurring. Plans are being made for 2008. I am Chairman of the Anderson County Burgoo Festival. Our festival is held the last weekend of September. Contact me and we'll exchange thoughts and ideas. Plans are underway for next year. Our festival does not seem to have the community support that you have. We are supported primarily by hustling donations from our local businesses and factories.
